Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) and Jim Wilson & Associates (JWA), in partnership with the U.S. Army and Redstone Arsenal, are creating a thriving community rooted in a close public/private-sector partnership. Our aim is to bring high level corporate tenants onto Redstone in an integrated mixed-use environment which will help advance the missions of Redstone.
It’s important to understand that a portion of the funds from Redstone Gateway leases will go back to the Army and toward real property improvements on Redstone.

Office buildings will be built to achieve a minimum LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, a program of the US Green Building Council) certification, which maximizes energy efficiency, creates the healthiest environment possible for employees, and minimizes the building’s environmental impact. The convenience of onsite amenities helps workers maintain work/life balance and creates a thriving environment, so we’ve planned 124,000 square feet of retail, service and restaurant space in the park. Hospitality and conference facilities are also planned – with some already underway – to help support Team Redstone’s missions.
