COPT Welcomes James Lomax to Our Huntsville Team

COPT is pleased to announce the addition of James Lomax as Director-Asset Management for the Huntsville Market.   James will be instrumental to COPT’s regional leadership in the areas of asset management, development and leasing.  His role will be essential toward building and maintaining local and strategic relationships focused on supporting future growth in Huntsville.

James has worked for several years in the Huntsville commercial real estate market for both NAI Chase Commercial and Colliers International as a Leasing Associate.  James is a graduate of the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and earned his MA from Lipscomb University in Civic Leadership.  He holds licensing in Alabama and Florida, is a current CCIM Candidate, and is a regular contributor to the Alabama Center for Real Estate Blog.  James is 2015-2016 past president of ROTARACT- Huntsville Chapter, Huntsville Madison County Chamber of Commerce Young Professional of the Year 2017 nominee, and currently serves on the Huntsville South Civic Association Board as Economic Development Chair.
