7000 Redstone Gateway – 70,000 SF

Our next single story office/R&D building is planned opposite DRS Technologies’ campus at 7200-7400 Redstone Gateway and can feature rear access roll up doors per customer requirement.

Redstone Gateway has sites for two hotels in Phase I of the park, overlooking the existing lake. The first hotel is the 120 room, four – story TownePlace Suites by Marriott. The second hotel site, which can support over 200 rooms located right on the lake, is still available and features tremendous visibility and access from Rideout Road.
